Submission to Justice Department suggesting that Family Court judges be paid by litigants. Entry as a judge to be by examination. All judgements to be publicly available. Child protection is not workable, by waiting until children are seriously damaged and must be much more proactive. Submission to NZ Justice Department on the effectiveness of the Act at reducing the incidence of domestic violence and the effectiveness of the Act in terms of not having any perverse outcomes - for example increasing men's suicide.
